How we can help find the rental that you are looking for

MyLondonAgent is a Hybrid Estate Agent, this means we don’t have fancy High Street Shop, we have a centralised office and our local agents work for themselves under our umbrella. We do not restrict Landlords to a Full management only fee, they may simply advertise with us, instruct us to find a tenant or they may of course ask us to fully manage their property/ies. We find that by adopting a pay as you need agency we get a more diverse range of properties on our site, from private individual Landlords to Large Corporate Landlords, giving you the tenant a greater choice of properties to rent.

We also network with other like minded agents and they can list their properties on our site free of charge, thus you really do get choice when visiting our site

The Process

  • Choose the Locations, study rents in the area , let the search begin
  • Think about you must have criteria so that you do not look at properties that are really not for you
  • Consider your budget, does the property include bills or not? How much are the bills?
  • Length of tenancy, these vary Holiday Lets are 1 day to 3 months, short lets 3 months to 6 months, Long lets are generally 6 months plus.
  • We recommend starting your search at least 8 weeks before you need it, this gives you the greatest choice
  • London rentals move very quickly, be ready to make an offer, raise funds, pass references and move in.
  • We take our fee when you make the offer, these are non refundable unless the Landlord backs out. We will need our fee plus 1 weeks rent to secure the property
  • As soon as we receive satisfactory references that have been accepted by the Landlord we will require the balance of funds 6 weeks rent and 1 months rent less the 1 week paid
  • Tenancy agreements will be signed and we agree a suitable check in date for you and your Landlord
  • We wish you a happy tenancy
